 Hallie comes from a Dance, Yoga, and Tae Kwon Do background. The exploration of how the human body uses both mobility and stability to move efficiently has always been her focus of study. She received her 200-RYT Yoga Certification in 2013 and transitioned into Personal Training  in 2016. She has a holistic approach to fitness and believes that diversity through movement makes the body strongest.
