Service Description

The video consultation is my opportunity to get to know you, your goals, and your movement history. We can discuss any questions or any concerns you might have about your pregnancy and the benefits of prenatal training. We can also discuss how I can work with your as your Birth Doula and what that support will look like leading up to your labor and birth. At the end of our call, we will schedule a separate time to perform a full movement assessment so I can see how your body moves naturally. This will allow me to create a program that is best for you and your goals.
