Service Description

Navigate labor with trust in your body and the unwavering support you deserve. As a doula client, you’ll receive: -Prenatal Support – Two 90min prenatal sessions covering birth education, movement strategies, and preparation for labor -Birth Plan Guidance – Assistance in creating a birth plan that aligns with your preferences and birth goals -In-Person Birth Support – Hands-on guidance during labor with comfort techniques, breathwork, optimizing positions, and emotional support -Postpartum Care – 2 visits to aid in your recovery and ensure you have the support systems and resources you need to thrive *the time that you choose will be for our complimentary consultation via Zoom or Facetime. We will then schedule an in-person meeting to go over how we will work together and sign contracts
